Meditation to Mandala Drawing Workshop with Cacao and Drumming Journey
Carl Jung described a mandala as “a representation of the unconscious self”.
In the ancient Sanskrit language of Hinduism and Buddhism, mandala means “circle.” Traditionally, a mandala is a geometric design or pattern that represents the cosmos or deities in various heavenly worlds.
The process of creating round, symmetrical images can be very beneficial within a healing perspective. This spiritual circle will help promote mindfulness, focus attention and promote healing.
This workshop is a creative art experience that guides you through the meditative process of creating your own mandala. An immersive 2.5 hour workshop to take you on a journey to teach you how to create your own beautiful Mandalas.
Come and discover the hidden patterns that shape our universe through the ancient art of sacred geometry. We will journey from stillness to creation - beginning with guided meditation to quiet the mind and then flowing naturally into mandala drawing inspired by the timeless symbols of harmony and balance.
Sacred geometry reveals how everything in existence is connected through simple, elegant forms - from the spiral of a seashell to the petals of a flower and the stars above. As you draw, you'll not only explore these universal patterns but also tune into your own inner symmetry and creative flow.
Join us for a meditative experience that blends mindfulness, art and cosmic design - no drawing experience needed, just an open heart and curiosity for the beauty of geometry in motion.
