A beautiful, practical chopping board handcrafted from naturally spalted beech, featuring a neat, compact handle and a natural live edge that celebrates the character of the timber.

The spalted grain gives each board its own unique markings, from delicate lines and warm honey tones to deeper natural patterns created within the wood. The live edge adds an organic finish, keeping a little of the tree’s natural form within the piece.

We make our boards from wind fallen trees here in Donegal. We sawmill every tree ourselves before carefully planing, shaping and sanding each piece by hand. Every board is individually made, so each one has its own character and no two will ever be exactly alike.

Finished with organic food grade oils and sealed with beeswax from our own bees, this board is made to be used, loved and enjoyed for years.

The smaller handle makes it easy to lift, carry and hang, while the generous chopping surface makes it equally suited to everyday food preparation or serving bread, cheese and sharing boards.
